As Chairman & CEO of Dawson Consulting Group, Ms. Dawson is responsible for achieving the vision and leading the growth of this Houston-based talent management consulting and training firm. She is also CEO of Total Career Success Resources, the publishing division of Total Career Success which provides career advice to the retail market.

Ms. Dawson earned an MBA from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with honors.
